Bringing nearly 25 years of legal experience, Cheryl McWay, is excited to serve injured clients at Kambrell Garvin Law Firm, LLC, as our Litigation Paralegal. Cheryl spent a majority of her career working for several prominent defense firms in South Carolina. Since transitioning to the plaintiff’s side, Cheryl has greatly enjoyed assisting clients who have faced difficult and oftentimes life-altering situations.
Cheryl earned a degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of South Carolina – Aiken, and a degree in Accounting from Midlands Technical College. Cheryl brings a wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, an unmatched work ethic, problem-solving skills, and empathy to every case and client. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and watching baseball, basketball and football.
She is the proud mother of one son, Alex, who serves in the US Air Force.
